At BUNKY, we want you to love every bag of BUNKY Protein Popcorn. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Food items are non-returnable due to safety and quality standards.

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must provide your order number and a photo of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but we’ll happily replace any defective or incorrect product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please check with your mail carrier and neighbors first. If it still hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, reach out to us and we’ll assist you.
